Giving back
to our communities

A FORCE FOR GOOD IN COMMUNITIES WE SERVE

Sikich is dedicated to being an active member in each of the communities in which we live and thrive. This is why we set aside over 4,000 hours of community service every year. In 2019, our offices have helped raise money or organize supplies for Harvest for Hunger, Akron Canton Regional Foodbank, Page it Forward, Relay for Life, various United Way efforts, local shelters and centers, Loaves & Fishes and many more. Our teammates also come together every year in their respective towns for our annual Day of Action, where they’ve helped build houses, clean up camps, and more to further enrich the lives of our youth and those less fortunate.  We are excited to have made an impact in our local communities and look forward to continuing this momentum in 2020.

FORCE (FOCUS ON RAISING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT) is our volunteering and charitable giving program at Sikich. Our colleagues and offices participate in various initiatives throughout the year to give back and serve their communities.

survey

We believe our greatest asset is our people, and that a highly engaged workforce is beneficial not just for our team, but the clients we serve as well. To reinforce this theme, in 2019, we partnered with a leading employee engagement platform and collected feedback from our people to pinpoint areas where we can improve engagement levels. In 2020 and beyond, we will continue to pulse our people, analyze trends and never stop working to make Sikich a best place to work.
